About Bible insights

The Bible is the most influential book in history, yet it is often misunderstood. Many people read it devotionally but struggle to understand its historical setting, literary design, and theological message. Our desire is to help bridge that gap.

Bible Insights exists to make the riches of Scripture clear, accessible, and deeply meaningful. We are committed to careful biblical study that is faithful to the text while remaining understandable to every reader. Whether you are reading the Bible for the first time, preparing to teach, or have spent years studying God’s Word, our prayer is that these resources will help you see Christ more clearly and love Him more deeply.

Our articles, studies, and resources seek to explain Scripture in its original context, drawing on biblical languages, historical background, literary structure, and sound theology. We believe that understanding what the biblical authors intended to communicate leads to a richer appreciation of God’s revelation and a stronger foundation for Christian faith and discipleship.

In addition to studying Scripture, we also seek to thoughtfully address questions about Christianity, both simple and complex. We recognize that many people wrestle with difficult topics, doubts, and challenging passages. Our goal is to approach these questions with honesty, clarity, and faithfulness to God’s Word, offering answers that are both biblically grounded and pastorally sensitive.

This website is not built around personalities or opinions. Our aim is to let Scripture speak for itself. Every article is written with a commitment to careful interpretation, humility, and reverence for God’s Word.

Above all, we believe that the Bible is not merely a collection of ancient writings. It is God’s living Word that reveals His character, His redemptive plan, and ultimately His Son, Jesus Christ. Every page of Scripture points us toward Him, and every study on this website is written with that goal in mind.

Our prayer is simple: that through these resources you would know the Scriptures more faithfully, understand Christ more clearly, and follow Him more wholeheartedly.

What We Believe

Our beliefs are rooted in historic, orthodox Christianity and are grounded in the authority of Holy Scripture.

Scripture

We believe that the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, trustworthy, and authoritative Word of God. It is God’s revelation to humanity and the final authority for faith and practice.

God

We believe in one eternal God who exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are equal in glory, power, and majesty, yet are one God.

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in glory to establish His kingdom.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates those who believe in Christ, indwells every believer, and empowers Christians for holy living and faithful witness.

Humanity

We believe that all people are created in the image of God and therefore possess inherent dignity and worth. However, through sin, humanity has fallen and is separated from God, unable to restore that relationship apart from His grace.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is the gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It cannot be earned by human effort but is made possible through Christ’s atoning death and victorious resurrection.

The Church

We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all who have trusted in Him. God calls His people to worship, fellowship, discipleship, service, and the proclamation of the gospel.

The Christian Life

We believe that every believer is called to grow in holiness, love God wholeheartedly, love others sacrificially, and live in obedience to the teachings of Jesus.

The Second Coming

We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and in glory. His return will bring the fulfillment of God’s redemptive plan, the final defeat of evil, and the establishment of His eternal kingdom.

Resurrection and Judgment

We believe in the future resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. All people will stand before God in judgment. Those who have trusted in Christ will enter into eternal life, while those who have rejected Him will face eternal separation from God.

The Mission of the Church

We believe that the Church is called to make disciples of all nations, proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, and demonstrate God’s love through acts of compassion, justice, and service. This mission continues until Christ returns and is central to the life and purpose of every believer.

Our Commitment

We are committed to studying and teaching Scripture with humility, careful scholarship, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit. We recognize that faithful Christians may differ on some secondary matters of doctrine. While we seek theological accuracy, our greatest desire is to exalt Christ, remain faithful to God’s Word, and help others understand the Bible in its proper context.
